User Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion
Email ryan@thenicholsbrief.org with the subject “User Data Deletion Request.” Include the name and email address or social-platform username associated with your interactions so we can locate the correct records.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify that it relates to your information, and delete or de-identify applicable records from active systems. We will generally complete a verified request within 30 days.
Limited exceptions
We may retain information when required for legal, brokerage, transaction, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping obligations. Any retained information will remain limited to those purposes.
Disconnecting a platform
You may also remove The Nichols Group app from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Removing access stops future platform access but may not delete information previously provided; use the email process above for deletion of retained records.
